After the HAPP or INCY app connects, the device traffic goes through a frdm server. Telegram, YouTube and other apps on the device do not need separate setup: you turn the VPN on once.

How to connect

1Get access: the 7-day free trial or a plan. Telegram is not required for payment.
2Choose your device in your account: iPhone, Android, Android TV, Mac, Windows or Linux.
3Install HAPP or INCY and add the subscription with the button from the guide.
4Choose a server with SMART in its name and press the connect button.
5Open Telegram or YouTube as usual.

For YouTube on a TV

On a TV with Android TV the VPN is installed separately: the app comes from Google Play and you send the subscription from your phone with a QR code. The same account works on the phone, the TV and the computer at once.

One account for all devices

The VPN is turned on on each device separately, but the subscription is shared. If Telegram is installed on your phone and on your computer, add the subscription to the app on both: the number of devices is not limited, and speed is not limited on any plan.

If Telegram or YouTube open slowly

Choose another server instead of SMART, for example in another country, and reconnect. Servers are in 10 countries: Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Poland, the United Kingdom, the USA, Japan, India, Brazil and Russia.

If changing the server did not help, open the backup links in your account or write to support: name your device, your operator and what exactly does not open.
