Why can I not find HAPP in the App Store?

HAPP is not available in the Russian App Store. Install INCY: it is in both the Russian and the international store and works the same way.

The app did not add the subscription. What should I do?

Copy the link with the "Did not open? Add manually" button and paste it in the app. If the iPhone asks whether to allow pasting, allow it.

How many iPhones and iPads can I connect to one subscription?

As many as you need: the number of devices is not limited.

What if the connection does not work?

Choose another server. If that does not help, open the backup links in your account or write to support.

Which app to install

For iPhone and iPad we recommend two apps: HAPP and INCY. Both take the subscription with one tap and support SMART servers, where the app picks a working route itself.

HAPP is not in the Russian App Store, so with a Russian App Store account install INCY. With an international account either app works. You choose the store region in the guide in your account, and the guide shows the right store link.

If you want another client, the guide also lists Streisand, V2Box, Shadowrocket, Karing and Hiddify. Only HAPP and INCY support SMART servers with automatic route selection.

How to connect an iPhone step by step

1Get access: take the free trial or pick a plan, then sign in to your account.
2In your account open the device connection section and choose iPhone.
3Tap "Install INCY" or "Install HAPP": the App Store opens. Install the app.
4Tap "Add subscription to INCY" and confirm opening the app if the iPhone asks. The app opens and adds the subscription.
5If the app did not open, tap "Did not open? Add manually", copy the link and paste it in the app: with the "Paste" button in INCY or "From clipboard" in HAPP.
6Choose a server with SMART in its name and press the big round button.
7On the first connection the iPhone asks to allow adding a VPN configuration. Tap "Allow" and enter your passcode.
